Sponsoring - NVVI Annual Meeting

Dear business representative,

Last year the Dutch Society for Immunology participated as a full partner in the European Congres of Immunology in Berlin, and as a consequence there was no annual meeting of our society.
This year we will have a regular full annual meeting at December 14 and 15th 2011. The venue of this meeting will be “our familiar location” the Leeuwenhorst in Noordwijkerhout (25 km from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport). The meeting will start at Wednesday December 14 in the morning and close at Thursay December 15 in the afternoon. Like other years, the attendance of 650 participants, researchers as well as medical and clinical immunologists, is anticipated.
The presence of business participants in such a big event is of mutual interest. Therefore, the board of the NVVI likes to draw your attention to the various options that are available to expose your company. You are contacted because your company has already taken part in previous meetings of our Society and/or is active in the field of Immunology.

The board of the NVVI has paid attention to suggestions made by business partners during previous events. Therefore, we will try to create a program and local organization which gives credits to all parts of the program and provides sufficient moments of contact. There are several ways to expose your company in the context of the Annual Meeting. Business partners that support the Annual Meeting 2010 in one way or another will be included in the survey of sponsors. This survey will be printed in the program and will also be regularly shown as a slide during the plenary sessions of the meeting.
